Oh wow. That's good to hear. I just hit the three week mark since my buddy received his confirmation email and was starting to worry, but it sounds like it's best to just be patient.
The secret is to give up on thinking every time your phone beeps with an email it will be the one....that's what I did after a month and then the email showed up
