#2 is definitely more attractive. It's good to have a live-in study/sim partner (as long as there's enough personal space). Double occupancy hotel rooms would definitely suck.
I have a 2006 Audi A3 that already has 35,000 miles on it. Adding another 4,000 plus local miles is a big bite. I might look in to flying out and getting a long term rental or buying a beater to get around town with.
I've stayed at hotels for extended periods before and it sucks. It get's expensive and old eating takeout EVERY day. I like to cook anyway. (BTW, ramen noodles in a coffee pot sounds as good as grilled cheese on an iron)
A couple of good friends were December new hires and they have nothing but nice things to say about Comair and are very happy. It is one of the few places where I've heard nothing negative from people I know and trust.
Yes, it's still a regional and my eyes are wide open.
Looking forward to class. 8/27 is a pretty long wait. I can't wait to meet everyone.
Are you comming from the west coast? There is one kid that doesnt have a car, but we are all in the same hotel so he just catches rides with us.... In the apartment it might be harder if you didnt have a car! Everything is really spread out here, and even the radisson which is (downtown kinda) is hard to walk places... im curious which hotel has the kitchenette..... Its certainly not the holiday inn, I wish we had at least that! Im dying to make some eggs....haha! 1 more week or so!
