So what is it you'd like exactly? It's not going to happen, but the PSA guys deserve to know the type of crap coming from the ones running their union.
They also deserve to know that unless they're coming in with sufficient experience to upgrade or close to getting it, upgrades are going to slow to replacing attrition.
Meanwhile, while your upgrades slow, Envoys will be ramping up to over 300 a year as guys flow and go elsewhere.... Giving new hires a street to AA time of less than six years according to company plans.
How many years is it for your new hires to flow?
