Just been curious what amount of hours and what age (apparently important) people are being offered interviews. I currently meet their minimums minus the ATP rating because I'm not yet 23 years old. By putting ATP as a requirement for FO's it somewhat implies age is a factor. I meet all of their other requirements and exceed them by a small margin. Just wondering how much further I have to go before I can start praying to hear from them as opposed to continuously sending my resume when it doesn't even come close to what they are "wanting" from the resumes.
