Your mentality is exactly what's wrong with the regional industry.
thankfully, it looks like our management may have realized what we've been telling them, keep the planes, start upgrading and people will stay and come here. Now let's see how they play it.
I have no problem with you telling any pilot that, or counseling any pilot looking for advise on a move. I have a problem with you using their union podium to do so. If that's the best you can do as a union man you should step down. You weren't even posturing. You ligitementally wanted them to leave for your own leverage and bonus.
