Whether you are one of the 10 reps that believe in surrendering at the earliest opportunity, or one of the 9 reps that aren't afraid to follow our process, the one thing all reps should have in common is to not be afraid of the MEC administration when they make reps irrelevant.
On another note, it is absolutely incredible that management would be allowed to "brief" our reps in closed session DURING Section 6 negotiations. The only briefing of our reps should be by the negotiators themselves...NEVER management. I've never seen such a weak MEC administration in my life.

I don't see the big deal. Our execs just happened to be in the neighborhood and all their schedules were open, so they just dropped in to say hi.
Having RA speak to the MEC on the brink of a TA was effective. Just read the council 16 update.
