See that's the thing. You and I can both read the same piece of paper and somehow you take it as a surrender. Exactly which part gave you that impression?
Btw, for those interested the 16 letter is published on the dalpa website under my MEC/LEC and then click 16. If anything it is a broad overview of the past few weeks' events. Nowhere does it indicate that we are surrendering. GMAB
