I'm expecting Skywest plus 5-10% if they want to get serious about restaffing this airline.

That ship sailed back when we were under the local 747's stewardship. We didn't fight it back then and now there's nothing to grieve
I used to think a good contract would be able to help the future of RAH, but that will take a very long time and some drastic changes in the regional industry dynamic to allow a positive change to occur over there.

A good contract might attract a few guys here and there, but when so many other regional's are offering flow or preferential interviews to major airlines or actually having a good centralized based structure, there really are not many reasons I can see a flood of people going to RAH.

I don't think it will really help slow attrition either. In reality it would only make the waiting time for a job offer at a major more bearable. For those that spent so many years being punished and treated like liabilities instead of assets, no contract or pay rate that RAH can offer should be good enough to WANT to stick around.
