We're getting closer, but as RAHlifer stated, we haven't touched the hardest sections like compensation. I think they've got another month of work ahead of them before a TA is reached, but nobody really knows for sure. While it appears the pace has slowed down in the last week or two, it is to be expected as we get into the meaningful parts of the contract.
I'm expecting Skywest plus 5-10% if they want to get serious about restaffing this airline.
