There is absolutely nothing underhanded, or negative for Eagle pilots in that snippet you have posted. There is nothing mentioning any kind of staple, or any kind of DOH for that matter. No mention of flow positive or negative.

That little picture is most likely the only part of the letter that has been leaked and is all that any pilot at Eagle has seen.

If there were some kind of damning language in there I'm sure you sharks would have posted it by now.
