I was in MIA for a PC last week. The word from HQ (we were briefed by the new fellow in charge of standardization) was 50 747 upgrades this year. Take that for what it is worth. There are a good many things in the equation that have to be sorted out. Still, this is a place wherein I have found my niche and enjoy very much the sort of flying we do. It's not for everyone. If you have read these pages then you know that things change here hourly. Should that be a problem, then Atlas won't be a good fit. 50 747 upgrades would probably mean 75 total upgrades which sounds about right. Remember that seat locks are up for the captains on the 767 and as they upgrade they need to be replaced too. Not to mention that some of our 767 Captains are going to bail for FedEx (or other majors) and yes, I've heard this straight from several of their mouths.
