JFK and LGA are co-domiciles. If you get called out for a LGA trip, you can expense a cab to LGA. I don't drive, so I will let someone else answer that question.
Best way is to have a Kew Gardens Crashpad. Free hourly shuttle to JFK and short cab (which can be expensed) to LGA.
