I tried to avoid doing this, but in the interest of getting this thread back on track, here it goes. There are three reasons why you and you alone are a lifer. You doubt your own abilities as a pilot and couldn't stand to be rejected in an interview. Second, you just plain suck and couldn't get hired anywhere else. Lastly, you are an undereducated coward who feared going to a real airline where you would be belittled in person just as you are trying to do on here. All that seniority and QOL stuff is a crock. Regionals are stepping stones for better careers and nothing more. You suck, we all know it.......move along.
