These jets do not count as SNBs as per the JCBA. Not that the company didn't ask....but SNBs are clearly defined. They still cannot get as many 70/76 seaters as DAL. SCOPE CHOKE is working....unless/until they wanna buy some SNBs. These 319s are just cream on top.

1-L-25 “New Small Narrowbody Aircraft” means a CS100, E190 or E195 aircraft, provided that
