I have a strong resume. All of Delta's desired boxes checked except military. No major black marks. 8 recommendations, including 6 internal and one from my current CP. 2 job fairs. Crickets...

All I can do is keep at it, stay positive, constantly look for ways to improve my position, and try to slow the aging process as much as possible.
