Every month you are in the company is a day for next ear. If you start before the 15th of a month you get credit for the whole month. So...that said, if you start let's say June 1st, you will get June credit + the next 6 months = 7 days off next year.
Once you complete the 1st yer, then is 2 weeks off until your 7th year (thank you concessionary TA). Before at the end of the 5th year you get 3 weeks of vac.
