I got the invite and scheduled the interview last week. The earliest date they had was June 26. I had to wait until the second week of July for commitments with my current employer.
Start studying. Gouge is good but don't believe all the answers. There are many errors but if you learn the concepts not too bad. The cog is a pain. Lumosity or Happy Neuron seemed to help. Definitely practice interviews with someone that will give brutally honest feedback.
