Exactly. Only those with 1000 hours of 121 time will see the "quick upgrade" at PSA. In all likelihood, those hired with 0 121 time are looking at a much longer upgrade time.
Especially once they realize what happens when the parking of the PSA 50 seat aircraft get announced and the Envoy 700's don't come over as planned.
i suspect they won't let any fo's upgrade if they can just hire enough street captains and keep more people out of training and on the line
