in my case of dropped charges)who does HR believe? Is it the arresting agency or the COURT AND THE PROSECUTING ATTORNEY'S OFFICE WHO HAS DETERMINED THAT NO INFRACTION OF THE LAW HAS TAKEN PLACE!!! If they (including the Feds) don't hold it against me, why should they?
I'm not trying to beat a dead horse, just trying see the logic in it.
