Ego and PSA hate aside... How is PSA asking for the transfer of envoy pilots with the 700s (assuming the only way you know envoy pilots and the MEC would agree to it, is if longevity was included) is any different that what you've been doing?
We've been working to help pilots move up not sideways. This benefited all pilots and not only our own. We have not been trying to steal pilots from one regional to staff another regional; that has been your MEC. Staffing a regional should be left to management. They can fix it by writing a check.
