I see a lot of mixed emotions about the flow at envoy. I know it may seem hard to clarify but the airline industry, especially the regional side is somewhat unpredictable. We can choose how we want to live and where we want to work at the present time, irrespective of what the future holds.

However, with the information we have, and from what I read from others that have posted. It seems there was a 3year flow which turned out to be 16 because American was simply not hiring because of a downcycle.
Would it be possible to get on the E175 at envoy in 2016 and with the current state projected in 2016, how long would it take for someone to flow to American?
