But historically Apple waits until THEY are ready for a certain feature to be present in software/hardware.

I am liking the Watch, and not just for my software.
Lets you keep you phone in your pocket more.
As one pundit said, it is a digital filter.
Just as connected, but bothered less.
So you flip over the iphone 6 because the screen is so big, but then you buy a watch so that you don't have to pull your phone out of your pocket. Next will be the i contact so you don't have to raise your wrist up to see why your iphone is vibrating.
