175 would be better seniority wise and trip wise. You'd be stuck flying the 200 for a long time on crj. ORD 175 is very attainable right now. Only one transition in class for June all the rest are new hires. People know they are going to upgrade soonish (it's about 4 years now and dropping) so they tend to stay on their equipmentOriginally Posted by GSintercept
