I came from a 121 training department prior to AWAC and had nearly 500 hours of level C/D simulator experience and while that certainly helped me through training, knowledge of the airplane and being able to properly do a maneuvering stall won't necessarily help you flying the line. It sucks, but believe me, its the truth. Have you considered an instructor job here? I
think you get a line number after a year or so...
