As was already said by Pilotpip, BoilerUp, and Cyrcadian, there is no best regional. It all depends on what you are looking for. Personally, ExpressJet was about fourth on my list when I was job hunting due to their bases. No doubt that ExpressJet is a good company, but it wasn't the best for me.
