Maybe Frontier is a crappy place for this pilot to work. Maybe Spirit feels like a better fit. Maybe she always wanted to work for Spirit, Frontier called first, and now her dream employer finally called. Maybe she likes the name Spirit better than Frontier. Maybe she wants to fly yellow airplanes. And the list could go on and on. The fact is, we all make decisions based on factors that may not necessarily be clear or fathomable to others.
