Nobody knows when/if anyone will flow. In 1999, AA was hiring like crazy until September, 2001. Up until that point, just like today, it sure looked like flow-through times would be quick. Precisely why it is an excellent backup plan to one's primary plan of entering a legacy through the front door.
The flow hasn't exactly worked in the past, but it is working now. I hope that continues, but will not count on it to do so. I have apps in at all the legacies. The first one to offer a class I go to. If it's Delta tomorrow, that's great. If it's the flow a little later, that's good too.
