I think this is what you meant, but just to clarify for folks: The 401k matching is 50% ($0.50 on $1.00) up to
5% compensation. Since the matching is only 50% you need to contribute 10% yourself if you want the full 5% company match. This is an area I don't think gets enough attention and desperately needs improvement.
