Now, open time that showed up in the pot at least 3 days prior to report is added to the number of reserves required, rather than being subtracted from the number of reserves available. Trips that become uncovered less than 3 days prior to report are not counted.
I knew something had changed. The entire month in Mike's category shows mostly 1 or 2 available so I doubt anything strange is going on. If Anything the required number seems low with the amount of open time.
8 trips is a lot in a small category for 1 day.
Some of those trips will get White slipped which will help. I never worked on the 4th even as a junior guy. I would always ws a trip late in the JUN bid period forcing a drop of any trip awarded over the 4th. The 2 and 3 day trips on the 1st may get grabbed to do the same after the July bids are out.
