If you got on today, you will not upgrade in 3.5 years, perhaps six or more, not figuring on attrition. Currently we have 70 planes and expect 73 by the end of the 3rd quarter. Our orders bring us up to 144 planes in 2021. So, if you are not on the job by the end of the 3rd or 4th quarter of this year, my math says no upgrade until 2022.
Apply, interview, get offered a job, and then make a decision.
