This is a 20 year decision. Otherwise you would be crazy to leave your regional job.
It's a great place to work and the future is looking bright. If you're willing to make a bet, a pretty safe one, you'll probably be happy you did.
Also I killed it the last two years at Colgan. I don't work very hard at spirit. If I worked at it I would make at least what I made at Colgan, probably more.
