I think the latest number of undefers for the LOS bump was 14x. Guys can always undefer later in the year.
Headcount gain was supposed to be 590. That number might have changed but if so it hasn't been published.
590 - 14x = 450.
I think the guess is off the street will be in the 125-150 range, recallees(undefers) 150(?)+, and the rest flows (300??).
If you havn't been hired having recallees/undefers take the training slots is better than having a 30 yr old guy take the slot. Same goes with flows, most of them are 40+. So if you're younger than them the seniority 'hit' won't be permanent vs. having 590 guys come off the street with an average age that's 7 years younger (early 2014 data at AA, off the street vs flow avg age).
