Probably not, number 5 would be difficult to get at that square footage, and price. For anything halfway decent in NYC, plan $1000000 at that square footage. Outside of the city though, you could find something way more reasonable.
I only meant the NYC domicile. A nice suburban place on Long Island might work out. I actually found a few nice homes that seem to meet my criteria fairly far east on LI but not sure if I really want to live there. Don't get me wrong, Manhattan would be pretty cool but I know I won't make enough money to live there for a LONG time and I've been a suburb monkey for 44 years, I'm probably not going to change now. I know one place I wouldn't want to live, Kew Gardens

I swear everybody in KG thinks the sidewalk makes an acceptable trash receptacle. You'd think you were in the 3rd world with all the trash in the streets and sidewalks.
