That's what I saw as well. Not much of what you would expect from a family awareness email (ie it's important to get your finances in order and build up a slush fund to keep you going in the event the company does not bargain in good faith). That happens when Ford and Harrison puts the stuff together and ALPA email blasts it for them.

Ugh. That is A LONG WAY from anything like the historic contract they started with, not to mention restoration. Basically, we will be happy with some peanuts, even if we have to pay for them. We know you deserve more, but we will settle for any contract as long as it pays our pilots enough to keep a little food on the table. The most important thing is to get it done NOW, IMMEDIATELY, RIGHT AWAY, before our profit sharing checks get any more out of control!
