Blue streak came from the old paint scheme of Jetstream International Airlines which had a blue streak across the fuselage.
I like the Acey Candler and then back to Acey call sign swap for ASA. A tribute to a guy who gave most of the southeast population diabetes.
Not sure about flagship although it sounds way more fancy than any other regional.
