Ok, so I was reading in another one of the PSA threads (I think theres about 5 now all saying the same thing) that the SAP program is basically useless.

Like MANY others, im searching for a regional to join. Before anyone flames me for even considering PSA, the SAP program is a big reason im considering PSA. Im reading that basically they have made the SAP ineffective. Can any current PSA pilots confirm or give me an idea if this is a legit benefit or does it suck like several others are saying.

Disclaimer - I fully understand that the regionals suck, blah blah long hours, low pay, blah blah blah.. just trying to find one to get in for a couple years and hopefully get out ASAP.
