If you take your boarding/jumpseat pass from leg one to the agent at the gate of leg two, they should make you a thru, with your original leg one checkin time.

I agree, Company Seniority in the cabin would be better

I'll try that tonight. Looks like I'll be JS on leg 1 and cabin on leg 2.
