Especially for a ERJ spot regardless of base? Why are guys complaining they didn't get the base or plane they wanted? You're new. Sometimes you don't get what you want. I want to fly the 777 at a major, but I can't walk in there day one and demand I fly the 777, then cry about it when I don't get it. The airline industry is not a career filled with certainty and/or stability. Especially for the junior pilots. Was this not understood before choosing this career and airline?
