You had a preexisting issue preventing you from using the SAP. If you would of done some research and looked into your schedule before the sap started, you probably could of fixed your issue and/or saved a lot of wasted time.
no where in the contract is there any reason why sap can be locked from users for any reason, so my 2 cents no matter what the reason, its invalid.
