Yes you are. You will be pay protected and in theory any assignment they give you is SUPPOSED to remain within the original start and end time. Within that foot print you will essentially be used as a reserve pilot. Hopefully you like deadheading and constant schedule modifications. I bring this up so pilots can understand it may not be so easy to get 90 hours of flight time per month.
