Also if you are excited to come here and get off of reserve quickly think again. Due to the growth we have check airmen constantly doing IOE. If you get a trip that pairs you up with a check airman guess what happens? You get displaced. Which allows the company to assign long call reserve or more than likely assign some inefficient scraps to you. You will be used as a reserve pilot. If you are removed from your 20 hour 4 day and end up flying 8 hours, will this slow your progress as far as getting 1000 hours 121 for the upgrade?
This is a constant complaint I hear from the new hires.
He is too busy accepting resignations and then running to the little boys room to see if his "lil guy" got any bigger as a result.
