Based on my look the junior ORD 73 FO line holder is 2013 hire. I'm mid '13 hire and 40 numbers junior.
Stop worrying about that stuff and just get hired. It's gonna get better fast. It might (probably) suck for a bit. Why are guys/gals trying to get hired so picky? "I want to get hired but only if I can get ORD lines quickly." Really? Fine. Stay at your regional.
I AM hired just waiting on class and trying to get an idea about the company. I was hoping ORD would not be so senior because I have about 12 direct options for commuting. EWR an IAD will require a 2 leg commute for me. Oh well. Not coming from a regional either
