Different guy literally making fun of passengers to their face and talking down to FAs. Certainly not the majority, and all have been great to me. "Dude"...I have been here 18+ years and only ONCE have I seen a captain yell at rampers so loudly that it could be heard by the pax (and it was truly inappropriate, etc).
Never once have I seen a captain making fun of pax to their face.
While I have seen a couple of captains (appropriately) calling out FAs for poor performance, never once have I seen one "talk down" to them in an obnoxious, arrogant manner.
It seems to me that perhaps you ought to look a little closer in the mirror and ask yourself if you are looking in all the wrong places for people with "issues" or if the issues are creations of your own imagination.
