On that note, I wonder if there's any kind of retribution if you're on too many no fly lists? I've heard other airlines have a system that eventually flags these people and administers some wallet hurt. Also, I understand the reasoning why only FOs get to avoid emp# but I think it's only fair that captains should get to avoid "me" too.
I've always wondered why captains don't get to do that. Ive heard plenty of stories where captains have handed the fo a piece of paper with their employee number and said please put me on your no fly list. I think thats awesome.
but here's a question, if you are denied a trip because it'd be with a guy on your no fly list, what does the reasons report say?
and if there is a rule of thumb on too many no fly lists it's definitely never going to be made public. But bad apples are well known in the cpo from what I've been told. And I have a feeling they've got bad crm and with bad crm comes more asaps.
