I'll give you all the gouge you need...
SBI - take your time and make a logical decision just as you would do during any flight
Panel - prepare yourself for the basics like briefing an approach, decent planning, why frontier... Know something about the company... 3 newest airplanes, what awards frontier has recently won... If you fly on frontier to the interview, learn the crews names... Remember their names... When they ask you something, just don't spit out an answer... Take a second to think and put your thoughts together... If your answer is longer than a minute or two, you've rambled... They change the questions not just from day to day, but interview to interview... When they ask you why frontier, think of something original to say... They know they fly airbuses... They know they have a good culture, they know when you jumpseat, frontier is always friendly and accommodating... Stand out
The rest of the day - be friendly... Be honest... Don't run your mouth... If you're humble and they think they could fly with you for 4 or 5 days, you'll get the nod... They'll tell you in the intro that they want to hire you... They mean it... They're not in the business of wasting yours or their time... Take it from someone who knows... There are NO tricks... They want to get to know you... Thats it! This is a good place to work and honestly, its only gonna get better
