Schedules
I won't post the union response to our June schedules on a public forum but I believe the words "disastrous" and "historically bad" were used.
My purpose isn't to smear F9. I've been very impressed with the competence and professionalism of our flight crews considering the adversity we face on a daily basis. It is possible to transition a business model without the collateral damage this airline has inflicted on its customers and employees. This being a Frontier hiring forum, my concern is the disparity between the rosy picture F9 recruiters paint and the actual situation on the ground. Does Frontier have the potential to be a great place to work one day? Absolutely...but don't come here in the meantime expecting smooth sailing.
