I have yet to come across such a person, however. And I've traveled all over the world. I hear they exist, just never met one. I've come to believe such a person is a rhetorical unicorn summoned to justify someone's opinion and beliefs about something, whether flying or some other endeavor. Usually to justify their own (misplaced) sense of superiority.
