You can't possibly believe CA reserve will be one year. Pilots on the top third of our seniority list are at 8+ months on reserve and counting, and those who had 1000 121 and have upgraded could be spending far longer than that. You think pilot 1200 in a 1800 pilot airline (2 years from now) will sit reserve briefly and experience an accelerated route to AA? I appreciate your enthusiasm but you are ignoring the numbers.
