That doesn't mean you are filling class. Your recruiters have stated you are not. What is happening is they are running out of qualified pilots since the benefits have quickly diminished for pilots to go to PSA.
The only way for it to get fixed is to drastically raise regional compensation, which won't happen. AA will use this shortage to shrink the regionals like everyone else is doing.
37 pilots per class every two weeks for 5 straight months is not filling the class? What planet are you from?
The last class had to be lowered to 25 every two weeks just to keep up with IOE.
