The CA of the PSA CRJ200 in CLT who rolled his left main into the grass turning left onto G taxiway from M and then proceeded to come within a foot or two of rolling the right main into the grass turning on to RWY 23 from G. You have to be a special kind of stupid to do that in a CRJ.
